ok...my plan has always been to change out the front bumper cover, and hood....mainly because those are the only pieces of my car that have dings and scratches on them. I've read in previous posts that I could expect to pay upto $400 per item to have them painted to match my car nicely. I'm wondering why it wouldn't be more logical to have the entire car redone. I've never had any body work done on my car, so I'm not familiar with costs....i'm not even too sure who I'd have to go to locally. Will somebody give me ideas here? Does what I've said make any sence? Why would I pay $800 to paint two pieces, when a little more could get the whole car a fresh coat of something new to give the car a unique look?

You're looking at $2000-$10,000 for fully repainting your car, depending on the paint/quality/custom-ness/detail of the job.
