S281SC-did you get a dyno tune or did someone upload a special tune for you. I want to get the SCT 2. The closest place to get a dyno tune is like 3 hours away. So I was thinking about someone just making me a custom tune.

The Snows kit WILL NOT work on a root's style SC. The meth must be sprayed before the blower in the kit. The blower heats up the mixture and it will not properly cool. Snows make killer power on a Vortech or Paxton .

We installed one on an 03 Cobra. The car lost 25HP on the first pull. We continued to add timing and adjust the meth spray volume, and the car picked up about 5HP . We had to run 31 degrees of timing to get 5HP. very unsafe if you run out of meth.
The normal max timing we run on 03 cobras is 21.
I called several other well known shops to see if we had possibly done something wrong. They all said the kit does not work on eaton type blowers.

The only way to make it work is to spray the meth after the blower. This wold take a huge amount of fabrication.
I was shocked that it did not make huge power. We even called the shop who installed the kit for Muscle Mustangs.
They said the kit's performance was over stated in the magazine. It goes to show you there is magazine horse power and real horse power.

Well talking to snow performance yesturday for about 30min i asked them about the 03 to 04 cobras because my buddy has one, and they told me the newer cobras have a ignition problem something with the coils so they need to get them checked if they are bad then then you will get little to no gains from the kit. but with the GT motor she said you should get very noticiable gains. so i will get it on friday and do the install on saturday, and doing the dyno mid Feb. so i will let you guys know.
So back to my questions does any one know.

I'll know this spring....installed on car and ready to go.

Just need to do the tune/dyno when I can get the car out.

I'm expecting 40ponies....maybe....I have a toggle switch to turn the pump off when I don't want meth/water injection...only when needed :D

Did you guys read about what Mark posted from Performance Autosport? It looks like the kit won't work with our cars since we have the roots style blower.

No, the Kenne Bell is a twin screw (Lysholm) much like the Series IV and newer Saleen blowers (made by Whipple). However, the KB is in the same family of the Roots-type blower...that being positive displacement.

Dont wiast your time with the boost cooler stuff. Our cars dont make enough boost to be cooled lol. Get a Pulley, tune, headers, x-pipe, Intake, injectors, MAF, Throttle body, gears, and some drag Radials.
