I have purchased the big single piston calipers for my front disc brakes on a 67 fastback. However, over time things had been changed out on the car, and the front spindles are actually 68 spindles. So I called mustangs unlimited and got all the proper things to setup for the front brakes. The issue I have is, when I connect the flexible hose to the flat part on the caliper, there is a "banjo" bolt that has a hole in the top that holds it to the caliper, well, the bolt they sold me doesn't fit. I will contact them this week about it, but I have also tried every local automotive store around and I cannot find a banjo bolt to fit. Both sides are the same. I don't see any bad threading on either caliper, but nothing will go in for more than a turn and then it won't go any further. I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue and how they found or where they found the proper bolt. Below is a link to what I purchased.

Thanks.
Those are the correct caliper for 68 disc spindles. They do use a banjo bolt. See

for the correct parts from Mustang Unlimited.

It really is amazing what the catalog companies ask for small parts. These banjo bolts cost $0.40 in quantity. I guess they need to pay for their slick catalog somehow.
