I WANT TO CHANGE MY C-4 OUT AND PUT IN A 4 SPEED TRANNY. (75 MACH1) I WILL BE NEEDING EVERYTHING FROM THE PEDALS TO THE BOLTS. HOW HARD OF A SWAP IS THIS? WHAT ALL WILL I NEED TO FIND? AND DOES ANYONE HAVE ALL THE PARTS I'D NEED? THANKS! NORM :D

The obvious things like flywheel, bell, tranny, shifter, and spacer plate. You will need a donor car for the pedals and the adjuster that mounts on the firewall. The cable can still be had new. The swap is pretty simple actually.
 
There's a whole flywheel, pressure plate, bellhousing, clutch cable, etc setup on ebay right now, but be prepared to spend $$$-- especially for the flywheel because it is specific to II's.

Your other option would be to use a fox bellhousing with a rebalanced flywheel. These parts are much more plentiful and much cheaper.
