Carb Help/suggestions needed

Ok, I've got my motor done and back in the car with my old carb, Holley 600, and it runs like crap. I'm trying to find the best carb for my setup. Here's what's been done to the motor:
Compression is now about 9.5 to 1 (maybe less)
World Windsor Jr heads (ported, polished, flowbenched)
Weiand Dual plane intake
Comp Cams Extreme Energy 274 cam

HELP! My car runs like crap and I know it's the carb.

Can you describe how the car is running? Rich, lean, bogging... flooding?

The 600CFM size is perfect for a 302 or similar sized motor so it has to be in the tuning of the carb.

It'd work better if you had a little more compression based on the cam specs. A 600 is about the right size with proper tuning.
