Cast aluminum or Chrome Rear cover

    I am going to change the dff cover and was wondering what is best to use or does it really matter Also What Fluid should I use

    if you go with chrome you have to sand it off on the mating surface or after a while it will flake and leak.

    I wouldn't bother getting a chrome cover, those things look tacky anyway.
