I am not familar with the one listed on ebay, but the MAC kit is a good kit. My first exhaust was much like this one, only difference was it had 2 1/4" pipes I believe. For ease of install and cost of system, it's a great system. It gives a nice tone without creating too much unwanted attention (I have since went with an off-road x pipe system that is the loudest V6 system I have ever heard, but I get more attention from the law than I really wanted).
