I have a Steyr M9 9mm on lay away at the store right now. Looks like this. The sights are really nice too. And I'll be buying one of these sometime soon too, hopefully. It's a FN Herstal "Five-Seven." It fires a 5.7X28MM caliber round and holds 20 rounds per mag. The gun looks like this. And the round looks like this. Bad ass. =D
The Five-Seven isn't a cheap one either, and you know shooting it isn't gonna be cheap. Badass gun though.
A Kimber Stainless Custom II and a Century Arms .308 semi-auto rifle. I'm selling the rifle to buy the Steyr though.
talking about a g3 clone on the CAI .308 semi-auto right? How's that thing shoot anyways, i've heard some bad things about it. I was looking to get me one until i heard things like rounds not ejecting and gas tubes getting clogged on the second shot..
I only had problems with loading the chamber. Sometimes rounds would get stuck. I heard that if you used the actual HK mags, it'd be fine. Not sure though.
What pistol is it that chambers a 7.62? I'm looking for one to strap to my ankle but can't find one anywhere, and the gun shops don't know what I'm talking about.
If the 7.62 is the .223 round, then it's the Bushmaster Carbon 15. But I doubt you'll find any pistol small enough to strap to your ankle to fire that round.
no .223 is 5.56 the 7.62 is a 30 cal the only 7.62 pistol I know of is the russian TT-32 and it fired 7.62x25 rounds, but it is an antique
Yeah, that's right. I get all the numbers mixed up. The 7.62 is a .308 I believe. That's an awful big round to fire out of a pistol.
yeah, but wouldn't it be cool???? Right now I have a glock 27 .40 cal that I carry as a second on my ankle. With people now shooting AK-47's at deputies around here, I wanna have the same firepower as them.
one of these days i'll own a HK91, but till that day.... i'll be stuck with cheaper guns, but still fun
