For all you interior guys:
I'm having trouble putting back together the center armrest after painting my interior. The pieces I'm dealing with are the pad (cover), compartment, and base. Pretty much this whole thing:

Two long bolts hold it all together. There are two plastic sleeves for each. Anyone know what order it all goes back together (sleeves on inside of base mounting support, on outside, etc. etc. etc.)?? It's very hard to explain the details...only someone who has done it before would know what I'm talking about. Help would be MUCH appreciated.
