I bought my 68 fastback with everything new to change from the red to black interior, but I want to do white instead. OR maybe even a two tone white/black

I was thinking of keeping the dash black and the carpet black then doing the seats, headliner, interior panels, and all the trim in white. I was curious if white interiors had a black or white dash... I'm not sure since i've never seen one

    also any pics?

I think that would look AWESOME. I definately like interiors different than Black, which everyone has. I don't recall seeing a white headliner in 67/8 style.

My dash (not the pad) is white and it is cool. I did not think I would like it before I bought this car, but now I do.

What color are you going to paint the car? Or, what color is it.

the car is red right now and I'm going to do two white racing stripes until I get around to a full show paint job next summer. When its repainted its going to be the darkest black cherry I can find.

These are a few that I found... The problem is the interior color is parchment. I am not aware of a bright white and that is why I went the black route. I am sure you can have them custom made.

my dad had white or parchment in his 69 Mach 1 and it was painted the green color. my parents put black interior in a year after they bought it in 70.:rlaugh:

I believe i saw in a mustangs unlimited catalog some pictures of two tone ,red and white, interior. Looked pretty nice, but I can't remember what year. I am planning on doing a white and blue two tone interior.
