don't know his times as of this moment, he's pushing 600+rwhp and just added a full drag suspension, drag wheels/tires, etc. i'll let you know if and when i find out. i see you're running 9's...i'm pretty sure he's not quite that fast if that's what you're implying.
I was'nt really implying that. I was just curious how fast a "monster" Saleen was thats all. Its cool to see someone else building a fast real saleen for the track. People up here in New England tell me I'm crazy to doing this to a Saleen. But my car could be switched back to stock and 99% of people would never know.I'm hoping to go low 9's this year.Last year it went 9.6@146 with a real safe tune and on 4 year old slicks with bad (for the times I was running) 1.48 60's.Eric at www.laferriereracing.com who built it told me if I switch to a solid roller cam instead of the hydraullic cam it could run consistant 8.8's . Thats the fastest I would let the car go. To go quicker than 8.5 you need to cut up the car too much for the cage you need. I'm hoping that one of the mustang mags would have a saleen shootout with the fastest saleens in the country.
