I cleaned my IAC earlier with intake and throttle body cleaner in a can, its a liquid.

it didnt fix my bad idling(low idle and sparatic rpm readings) .

so next im off to clean my MAF sensor, well is my can of intake/throttle body cleaner the same stuff for cleaning MAF sensor? seen some ppl say carb cleaner for this one.

any help and info would be great, been all over this car trying to fix this idle.

    same stuff????

did you unplug your computer and reset your idle?

my idle didnt clear up until I did this. It was driving me crazy too.
unplug your battery for at least 30 min. after battery is unplugged, unplug your IAC. when the 30 min is up plug the battery back in, but not your IAC. start the car and adjust your idle to about 700 rpm. turn car off and plug your IAC back in.
restart your car and it should purr for you as long as everything else is ok.
