So i broke out the carpet steamer and took out my front seat and put it on a table, bc of a gatorade stain on it. I must of tried every type of solvent possible. Still i had a enormous stain on my seat. i got really frustrated and decided that i would clean the rest of the car really good in hope of having everything else so clean that i would forget that there was a large red stain on my front seat.

yeah so, i was powerwashing my floor mats and got the bright idea that it maybe if i soak my seat with carpet cleaner icould power wash my seat too. I figured if it didn't work and i ruined the seat it would give me a reason to save and buy some leather seats or at least somthing cooler or more nice then what i have now.

My seat is drying in the garage right now, and wow the thing looks perfect. NO STAIN, not anything but cleaness. I can't belive that you could powerwash a seat. now all i have to do is the driver side seat.

is it possible to switch the drivers seat with a passenger seat?

just make sure it dries out good, it could build up mildew, and you'll nEVER get that smell out. I've been powerwashing seats for a while...it REALLY gets them clean...
