This morning I heard a weird clicking coming from my speakers everytime someone talked on my radio. I have never heard it before so I turned off my radio thinking it was just a glitch. When I turned it back on it was still clicking.

Any thoughts? If I need new speakers, what is the cheapest but best quality speaker? I dont know anything about audio and am not interested in putting something special in my car.

    Thanks for any input!

Yeah, my bf has a nextel and I know the sound your talking about.

Its different than that...today its not doing it. My volume is usually pretty loud because I most always drive with the windows down, and I assumed that maybe I had a blown speaker or something??? I guess I wont worry about it until it starts up again...

    Thanks for the input guys!

my cell does this at home whenever it sends data to the network or there is a call, nothing you can do except ignore it.

My buddy in college last year had a nextel, whenever he got a call in his room it set off the floor fire alarm. I hated the 3 A.M. drunk phone calls he got.
