Now that winter has come, its time to do a little modding to the mustang. I'm in need of a clutch, and i was to change the trans fluid to a more "race reliant" kind of fluid. Anyone have any suggestions/tips on what to purchase?
I've never done a clutch before, was also wondering if anyone could throw in their tips/tricks/hints of doing a clutch. Anything/everything would be GREATLY appreciated.
Clutch wise I was something that will grip hard ... I've got a built 306 with H/C/I, and i plan on putting a bottle on it shortly.
Trans wise ... Its Tremec T5z, only about 15k on the trans. Ive heard about Redline Fluid, and of course i have heard Royal Purple. I am just trying to get the best fluid that will keep the trans working properly for "harder" situations.
