I have a 1989 lx 5.0 5spd that i bought a SCT 4 BANK ELIMINATOR SUPERCHIP for and now Im selling the car. I got a 1990 5.0 L GT 5 spd now too. Can i switch the chip over if I have all the same performance parts on both cars?
    They are both A9L computers.
Or can i take the whole cuputer with chip and switch between cars?

You can keep the chip and use it on another car.

Just be aware that even with the same mods on car "A" & car "B" they "react or build power" differently (and were tuned for that specific application accordingly), even if said parts are taken off car "A" and installed on car "B". Plus add on differeces in sensors, age of other components, slight fluctuations of this part or that part through-out its cycle compared to the same part that was on car "A". The tune(s) that are in your SCT will more than likely work and more than likely will be fine, its something to keep in mind especially depending on how "extreme" or "safe" the tune was on car "A".
