Convertible trim removal ???????

Anyone ever take the trim that goes around the convertible top well off?

I am going to be putting the 93 up for sale in about a month and I want to go through and touch up some stuff with trim paint and just do a nice clean up on it. The trim around the top well is really faded and i want to pull it off to paint it but don't want to break it cause new they are expensive as hell. So if anyone has done I would appreciate some pointers.

Only pointer I have is that when I removed mine, I found it easier to partially open the convertible top to gain some work room. Fully closed and the material is too tight to get a small wrench in there. Fully open and there is also no room. Half open and you can make some progress.
