Custom Tool Box Configuration for Trunk

Hey guys, looking to see if any of you have tool kits in your cars, and if anyone has done anything special to fit it in the trunk. I have a 12" sub in trunk taking up some room, but still curious as to what some of you have come up with.

I have been thinking about doing this, but I just bought a street bike, so I probably can't afford the trunk lid toolbox mod now
