Does anyone know where a person might pick one of these up? I'd like to delete my DTR's on my Fox, but unless I jump certain wires together, I lose my high beam and parking brake indicator dash lights.

Several google searches didn't turn up any jumpers. I found a few dead links to some, but they are all long gone. Here is an old thread with a little info on defeating drl on Canadian cars:

edit: I did see a thread while searching that mentioned a technique to switch the drl from headlights to foglights, then you could just switch the foglights off.
