Just ordered a new 06 GT automatic to replace my totalled 04 Mach 1,(rear ended at 45), been reading about these Brenspeed sct tuners, question, does this tuner take off the speed limiter? I had a Predator for the Mach, from what ive seen they are not the ticket for the new stangs. My Mach ran 150 top end, what can i expect from the new one after a cai and tuner and exhaust install?

The Brenspeed SCT tuner will allow you to turn off the speed limiter.

there's a few things that limit your speed - RPM & engine speed. It's a good idea to have a rpm limit of 6500-7000 or less the max is 10,000 rpms - and the throttle engine speed is limited to 255 mph and 16,383.75 rpms.

Not sure i understand what you mean with the above quote. All i know is my new Mustang with a brenspeed tuner and C and L intake runs strong up to 130 and then starts to wheeze, barely touching 140 after waiting what seems forever. My Mach 1 ran up to 140 strong then kept going to 150 and change. Seems like the extra valves in the 32v make the difference on the top end. Anybody with advice on making more top speed tell me please.

You need more air shoved into the combustion chamber to make up for the difference between a 32V and the 24V. Some sort of Saleen / Roush / KB charger and you'll be pretty happy
