diablo tuner + C&L intake

hey guys, i have a diablosport predator tune installed on my car and at the moment its stock, although i have a C&L intake with 80mm mass air that i used before the tune.
when i floored it with the tuner and intake combo the car would feel dead right up to around 4000rpm, but i have just noticed that with the diablo you can tune the WOT fuel.
question is, where on the fuel scale would result in more torque with the intake installed, and result in more hp at the top end? at the moment it has 320 at the crank with just the tuner. does anyone have any experience with this combo on a 96 to 98 cobra?
