When data loging tweecer is seeing 10.00 AFR flat at WOT, my gauge is reading 11.3-11.9, I lean it out some and my gauge shows the change but in tweecer its still 10.00 flat, I wanna know what to do, cus i dont wanna keep leaning it out for the value in tweecer and damge my engine, cus im already at the point (on my gauge) where I dont wanna go any leaner.

switch the settings to the AEM one on calcon and now it reads like 9.8 but the gauge is still reading around 11.5, was on the DIYWB setting on calcon. need to know which to tune by or if i have a setting wrong or what??
 
You have to edit your wideband Database according to the voltage vs. AFR , for example for the LC-1 i used as base the INNOVATE.DB located on the installation directory "C:\Program Files\STKR 1.30A\Data" as a base and used the sensor "Warming Voltage" as a reference. You have to doit with excel, or in the best case if you have EA you can doit there. , and save it as DBF version IV. I will post my table if it´s useful to you:

Its not that complicated but a little time consuming and in most cases it will be diferent since your wiring will have some diference in the resistance. so its always better to fine tune this table to your readings.
 
Let me raise a red flag of caution right here and now :eek:

You're in an area here where you really want to ............
keep your head clear :nice:

if you have ANY doubts :scratch: ANY doubts at all :scratch:

Make small changes ... and ... verify with datalogging ;)

m0l0 ... did you not find you had issues A F T E R you had
leaned back your curve ... a good bit :shrug:

It might behoove you to put your curve back to stock
and start from fresh :shrug:

Usually, your factory curve is not gonna be all that far off

Also, I wanna point out another important issue with these WB's :D

Peeps in the past have had issues of inaccuracy when
working dual outputs :bang:

Or in other words ... Having their digital display working
simultaneously with their analog output feeding the
Tweecer interface.

I noticed a slight difference with my OLD FJO wb :(

No biggie as its just a bunch of numbers jumpin around :rlaugh:

of info about this dual display hosed reading issue.

Thanks, Looking at the files this appears to be the problem! When I did this I kinda thought how does it know afr, then I just though all of them were the same or something, found the real numbers for my setup, gonna test it out in a few!

Yep maybe there are some cases you will have some diferent numbers across the use on dual ouputs , but however in my case since i am not working with dual output feed just a single output , i use the serial output (gauge calcons reading from th EVP and direct serial connection to the LC-1 , so whatever i check first is the direct feed from the LC-1 and then the calcon reading , now i have a correctly calibrated AFR vs. volt on my DB wideband setup. and yes i had some problems on the past but as you stated my WB needed a recalibration and now is reading pretty much accurate , also you are right the stock MAF transfer curve was not that off from the original 10% more rich aprox. :nice:

I had no idea whatsoever what could be driving those values
to a reading of 7 to 1 :crazy:

I just knew you could not REALLY be as fat as that :nono:

With something that fat in place :eek:

You could watch the gas gauge fall as the tach climbs :rlaugh:
