I know I'm sorry this is a whole new world to me this my first mustang I just wanna learn so thank you for correct term and measurementA finger is not a standard of measurement.
in post #18 I wrote I had 2" from the back of the balancer to the oil pan.
does this look in all the way or go more
first mustang never worked on cars this early I know basic automotive stuff would love to learn axles and gears but I'll mess that up
Ahhhhh, you can spin the engine backwards by hand till the rope inside the cylinder stops the rotation then try to remove it, maybe use an impact or a long breaker bar, that's what I would do.yes I'm a noob I'll be a good laugh with all my questions now can any help with this adapter that's stuck
What part is stuck? Pics?
correctSo the male side is threaded (and stuck) in your crank?
The other side gets another part screwed into it?
I have a smaller pulley kit and one of them threads into it I do have blue lock tight what about a easy out toolCan you get a large nut on the piece that screws into that? If so you can lock it down and try removing them togrther.
Or use some crazy glue to lock it on then remove them, cause you gotta get it out somehow right?
if you have one, if not use the crazy glue cause I don't think the blue loctite will due( but u can try)I have a smaller pulley kit and one of them threads into it I do have blue lock tight what about a easy out tool
