    SUCKS!

I purchased a used Edelbrock performer intake and it's missing all the bolts.. I was looking for a part # that may have a bolt or installation kit... So today at work [I work for an auto parts store too] I called... I was on hold for 3 hours [no lie, and it was about 3 hours exact.] then when the guy answer I nicely said "hello, I'm john from [store name] and I'm looking for a bolt kit for an intake. I gave him the part # of the intake and first he gave me the wrong kit. Then he gave me a number that didn't even exist [I entered it into our system], then he finally went "ya know... just use this number. Have a nice day." and hung up on me. None of the part #'s worked and I'm kinda pissed off at the moment...:bs:

I would never wait on the phone for 3 hours. Just me, lol.

But yeah, that does sound like some BS.
