Emissions vacuum question

I'm installing a/c in my car and got pissed at the emissions crap behind the strut tower, so I decided to re-locate to the inner fender and also hook it up properly (I was missing a few things which I picked up in salvage)

So my question is, there's a 4 way vacuum tree plug with only 3 active vacuum connections used, you can see it in the upper left corner.

I know two fo the three vacuum's are
1. intake manifold
2. thermactor system on the back of the head or the smog
3. ???

Then there's a 4th vacuum towards the bottom of the cluster (blue ford label around it in the picture but you can't see it otherwise) and I'm confused about where it goes, I beleive this goes into the fender originally to a vacuum thing closest to the headlight it's cylinder shape (there are two things in there on 5.0 cars I'm not talking about the vacuum resevor that is ball shape)

so my question....which one goes to the fender originally to that "cylinder thing"? or tell me for sure that #2 and #3 are thermactor and smog - then I'll know for sure by process of elimination that I'm correct about #4
