Just want everyones thoughts on Ford announcing Employee Pricing on the 08-09 Mustang's and in particular the 09 Bullitt.

Employee Price on the 2009 Bullitt I'm looking at is $28,500. Sticker is 33,700. Plus if I use Ford Credit take another $500 in customer cash.

So in all a Brand New 09 Highland Green Bullitt for $28,000.

I would like your thoughts and opinions on whether or not to to take advantage of this deal.

isnt ford credit also offering 0%?? if so, go for it!

either way, not a bad deal, IMO.

The fine print I saw said employee pricing is not available on the Bullitt or the GT 500.

    According to ford.com " Not available on Escape/Mariner Hybrid, Mustang Shelby Models, F-Series chassis/outaway models. '09 F-150."

Went to my Local Ford dealer and they are indeed offering employee pricing on the Bullitt's

Here in the Pacific NW region, employee pricing applies to Bullitts. However, there are no rebates or special interest rates of any kind for them, just the lower pricing. Still, a great deal on a special car. We have 09 Bullitt (HG) #6333 and it's priced below $30K using the employee price.

In the NW, the only exceptions to employee pricing are GT500's, Hybrids, 09 F-150's, and cutaway/chassis type commercial trucks/vans. Even the 08 Shelby GT's are available at employee pricing (we have one of those, as well).

The fine print I saw was on a TV commercial. It indeed said the Bullitt was not eligible. Maybe it is a regional thing for whatever reason.

I saw the same thing in the ads and then I looked at it yesterday, I'm pretty sure that it says that the incentives are not available. The employee pricing is but the extra incentivized cash would not be available on the Bullitt. At least thats the way I read it.

Here in the NW, Bullitts are eligible for Employee Pricing, but do NOT get any rebates or special financing like the V6 & GT's.

Well, I had to do it. I saw a 2008 Bullitt at the local Ford dealer earlier this week and had to upgrade from my 06 GT. Mine was almost the same price as what 2001StanGT was looking at after employee pricing and a $500 military rebate.

I am now the proud owner of #2297! Just drove it home today from the dealer. Love it, definitely worth it...pictures to follow.

There is a 2008 Black Bullitt here locally w/ 6k miles advertised for 24,995 at a dealer. It seems like a good price to me. Would love to have it.
