Exhaust swap, tune, etc.

I'm currently in Iraq, or else I would do it myself, and my old lady isn't able to do it. I'm looking for a business that's local, Portland/Vancover area that can assist with swapping out my o/r pipe and put on my stock catted H pipe, tune up, and any other things to get my stang running decent for emissions. Any assistance, would be great.
