So i finally put the rims on today.American Racing rebels.I have one prob though, the center caps won't go on due to the dust caps sticking out too far.Any ideas on how to fix this.I already tapped the caps in as far as they would go.I didnt want to beat the crap outta them to get them to fit.It looks like the spindle end is pretty long and almost touched the cap before i tapped it in a bit.Looks like about a 1/4 inch before the codder (sp) pin goes through the drilled hole.Would i be able to grind some of the end off or is this a big no-no? Any ideas would be helpful because it looks like crap the way it sits.

That looks badass man!!! Very nice combo with the chrome & dark blue.... You could try grinding off some of the inner part of the center cap & see if it fits...

I was going to try that but the center cap doesn't have much material to grind out.I don't want to mess up the cap and be screwed.

PS Nice looking notch yourself.Saw it in the other thread.:nice:
