So what States allow these "illegal" fireworks. All I know of are PA and Delaware.

My friends brought down almost a thousand bottle rockets last year. Lemme tell you, we did some dumb ****, lol.

LOL I bought a $#!tload from the vegas indian reservation in january...I spent like 800.00 and they were buy one get one free so you know i have alot...we are throwing a block party so i might have to fork out the 1k fine if i get caught

2 summers ago, we took apart those fountain fireworks, stuffed the powder into a box and ductaped it shut. Then BOOM. Is that the video?

If you smash the bottom of picolo pete's and light them, they will go boom...If you take the powder from the picolo pete (3 of them), put it in a bag, then put it in a 2 liter bottle it will bang like a bomb
