I picked my engine up from Wolfpack Speed the other day. I had Jim (Woody) from Fordstrokers send it to Mikes shop to save a little on the shipping charges. It's a Mexican block 347. It also has a custom ground Camshaft Innovations cam that Jay sent directly to Woody and he threw it in for me along with the Canton oil pan that Lou (Sonic03cobra) hooked me up with. Fordstrokers was great to deal with over the course of the whole transaction. Jim took care of me and i'm extremely pleased with his services. ********************** Hats off to Jim Woods @ Fordstrokers, Jay Allen @ Camshaft Innovations - Home , Lou @ Laurel Mountain Mustang , and last but not least Mike Koval @ Western PA's #1 Source For Late Model Ford Performance!!! . All parties took great car of me and I wouldn't hesitate to use any or all of them again.

N/A, it would easily make over 400 rwhp, but i'm throwing some big boost at it and expect 650 rwhp as a minimum.

I want 10's with my stock engine in it's current form. I want mid to high 9's with this badboy....:nice:

TFS box would have rocked but all those components should work great. I remember when I had a T-trim...spin that sucka! 2.85 pulley and LOTS of belt tension.

Jay wanted me to go with this intake, probably knowing that I want to keep my stock 96-98 Cobra hood.
I'll be going w/ a 7.00 lower and a 2.75 upper to spin this thing up nice and high....

That tb is way too big, you don't need more than a 70mm according to internet flow calculators :rlaugh:

Looks good, should make good power! I like the shot of the block and the little guy.

Cool! So how much additional horse is the Mexican block good for? There is internet BS floating all over the place, but most of the people slinging it are the same people that could "take your slow azz from a 30 roll."

Are you gonna pull the pan or wing it? Take some more pics if you pull it please!

It's no so much the horsepower that will kill it but the rpm. I have seen this block be spun to 9000+ rpm for years of relaible service. I'm only going 7000 rpm max.
I might pull the pan and see how everything looks. Thanks....:D

You should make some killer power with that setup.

On my 347 setup I run a 6.87" crank pulley and a 2.85" upper on my S-Trim that was upgraded to an Si-Trim. That made 668 rwhp at about 5900 rpms.
With a bigger supercharger like the T, and more rpm, I don't think you will have problems getting over 700 at the wheels.

According to the combo in your sig. our combo's will be similar. I do hope for 700rwhp but anything over 650 will suffice me!:rlaugh:
I jusy want some mid 9's at 140+
