transplanting the interior from my donor car to my project car and doing lots of cleaning, etc.
apparently the person who owned the donor car decided to spray bomb the gray interior black in random places...he left the upper back seat alone but mutilated the lower back seat in black paint. I've tried cleaning it but it's a total loss.
The car is a hatchback and I'm going to re-use the seat foam/frame but get another cover off another car at the junkyard since they only want $5.00 for a cover but $35.00 for the cover with the foam/frame.
Only one I found was an 89 convertible. It's the same color/pattern as my interior seats but I need to confirm whether the seats were the same or if they were shaped differently between the convertible and the hatches??
