In an article about the VIP list for the first people due to get Ford GTs there is a brief mention of the 05 Mustang: Mustang update: At a media preview of Ford's '05 lineup, J Mays, group vice president of design, said don't expect the next-generation Mustang coming this fall with fastback design cues from the '60s to get a dramatic design update every few years. "Rather than all-new styling after a few years, look instead for occasional limited-edition versions like we did with the [2001] Mustang Bullitt," Mays said.
