When the fuel pump relay goes out, does anyone know how to wire a new relay in, instead of searching junkyards for the entire module box? I have never worked w/ relays before and it would be benifical to not just me, but anyone else who may come into this problem if someone could be nice enough to tell me which wires I need to splice into for the new relay. can I splice the red wire for switched power, yellow for hot at all times, and dg/y to send power to the pump? Is that all I need? Is that even how a relay works? Sorry if this is stupid, this is the first electrical problem I have ever had.
