Soo on April 18th i placed my order at MPH for a o/r xpipe and on April 20th i mailed them my check. so i though i would have them by the end of the next week since it was a friday i sent my check. i waited and nothing. soo i e-mailed them Friday April 27th and no responce form them yet. so i emailed them again a few days later, still nothing. soo then on tuesday i called them and nothing. i even left them a message asking them if they would call me back, because i havn't recied my pipe yet and i was wondering if my check had made it. no call back. i have been busy and have been unable to make it to the bank to see if the chack had been cashed or not. Everyday i look to see if anything had changed and it still says order pending should i be worried that my check never made it to MPH and soo i lost my $150 or should i continue being worried and emailing and calling them to see if it had ever made it? and i have time on monday to see if the check was ever cashed i really hope it wasn't. Its been more than 2 weeks and i really want my pipe and not have to send more moeny to them.
If your talking about modular power house, I wouldn't be too worried from what I've read about them. If you sent them a personal check... it'll probably take a couple weeks for them to get the check and have it get cleared. If it was a certified bank check then I'd be asking questions and see if it's cleared or not. Call the bank and make time if it's that big of a deal. Any time you send a personal check somewhere more then likely they will wait to ship the parts until that check has cleared and can take up to a few weeks.
yeah its modular powerhouse, the main reason i used them is becasue i heard they are one of the best places for mustangs. yes it was a personal check. at first i knew it would take a little while but i didn't think 2+ weeks, but yeah i live in texas, soo i figured about 2 days to get the check there, few days to clear it, and a few days to ship the pipe to me.. soo wait another week or 2 and see if anything happens..
I wouldn't worry about this. Just keep calling until someone answers. That's what I do. MPH stays LOADED. Their phone rings all day long.
take this as a lesson. use a debit or credit card. why on earth would you want to use cheques anymore? they are slooooow and cumbersome.
first my parents made it to were i couldn't use my debit card online and they wern't going to let me use theirs. they said if i want it i will find a way to get it.. soo i looked and i could one of my check.. soo i did.. now i'm just waiting..
why are you buying exhaust parts from them? What they have will be the same as what other online site have for less
actually they have the cheapest new x-pipe that i have seen for only 150, thats cheaper than a h-pipe on AM. adn i wanted a nice x, i was tempted to get the h from AM though..
