You know you can go to jail for that right? Definatly a bad ideo to follow someone to their house . She could have busted out a hand gun and capped your butt....you never know what type of people your dealing with mang. I know if someone followed me to my house....a .357 would be in my hand waiting for them. Anyways sorry to hear Josh I totally know your pain man....but I dont think yours will be a loss. Mine was much worse and the guy who bought mine has it straightened back out and running. I helped him put the turbos and such back on and I got the honor of firing her back up.
Depending on where you live, if you can prove (witness) that she jammed on her brakes for NO reason, then they go to jail for Assault with a deadly weapon.. FL started doing that a long time ago. ~K
Yea I think the front can be bent straight! if not then I'll have to buy the stuff to fix it. I am definitly buying the car back. but I hear you have to take it through inspection I luckily have my old headlights. As far as proving she slammed on her brakes. I took pics today of the skid marks. I'll post them up later
HAHA I know what you mean but I knew who this girl was and lets just say you could give her a knife and shed grab the blade instead of the handle. LOL She had/has been in so many close calls its not even funny. The only thing she knows how to do is talk and text on the phone. Like I said she wrecked her car shorlty after the incident doing the same thing and I just found out she got in a wreck again last week. Take a guess what she was doing? Plus I didn't really go out of my way, she lived like a block away. I didn't follow her for miles, if I did then ya that would have been a little out of hand.
Just keep your cool in court. Guy I work with same situation. LAdy pulled out in front of him, he slammed her, I mean SLAMMED her!!! No witnesses, his word and hers only. She was crazy and loud and rude in the court room. He was calm and polite. The judge agreed with everything he said and told the lady to drop and attitude. She lost.
We aren't going to court. I took some pictures of the skid marks and I am going to send them to the insurance company.
