I want to get two pillar guages for my car. It would be more for looks but, are their any guages that would actually be helpful on a n/a car?

Im going to get the air/fuel guage, but I need one more.

I also am planning putting nitrous back on my car so that might help out also.

I would get the water temp & oil pressure. The Autometer air fuel gauge that hooks into the stock 02 sensors does not give good readings, it bounces around alot cause it is using a narrow band oxygen sensor & not a wide band 02.

What 94CobraPace said.

If you want a DECENT A/F gauge, you might as well run a wideband. Refer to the following thread over in "4.6" for more info about a wideband install:

Additionally, oil pressure (since the factory/dash gauge is just an open/close 8 psi switch = useless) is an excellent aftermarket gauge choice. Water temp is also a good idea for NA vehicles...but that may not be as important to you since you are planning on running nitrous in the future. Just some food for thought.

Here's a few helpful resources:

From my research, they do not make the pillar pod for convertibles, I am looking for one now, in 2 or 3. They all say "not for convertible". Best I can see doing is getting the 2 pod that bolts to the existing piller, a add on.
Other options, the gauge bezel with 2 gauges openings. Since you have a 01, not clock pod on the dash, unless you cut a hole in the dash?
