H/C/I emissions questions

I am getting a set of TFS heads with in the next 1.5 months or so. 1500 some port and polish work done, fully assembled, and installed, my question is, I wanna get the max I can out of the pacakge, I will put together a quality H/C/I kit, I want to pass on the stg1 cam and get a custom grind. I have an emissions questions about the heads and intake manifold. Will the track heat heads and intake pass emissions? Or do they fail? If I get the street heat heads and a track heat manifold will that pass? Please post your combos and weather you pass emissions or not. Thanks in advance

Might wanna check out www.trickflow.com. I looked up the specs on those heads earlier, but couldn't find any emissions information on them. You might have better luck. Or just call them and they'll be able to tell you for sure.
