I know this may seem like nitpicking, but its the one thing I can't decide on. They both have *about* the same spring rates, the Race springs being slightly stiffer. And the SS drop a good half inch more than the Race springs do.
Is it the stiffness, less drop, or both that make Race springs better than SS for handling (I ask b/c MM uses Race springs for all their packages, and MM knows their ****). Does anybody have pics of SN95's on Race springs? I've seen 'stangs w/ SS's... maybe that will help me decide.
Can I get away w/ stock CC plates w/ Race springs?
My car is already lowered by some means (cut springs?), I don't want to end up with something that sits noticably higher than what I have now. Here are pics for reference (btw.. is this more or less than a 1" drop?):
Thanks for input! I think it comes down to compromise between looks and performance..
