Roush Height of the 2.2 KB?

Can anyone tell me the height differnece between the 1.7 and the 2.2??? I have the 1.7 already and my saleen hood has plenty of clearence; I have the Cobra R hood also but it just doesnt look that good on a saleen..I put something on top of the SC about 1-1/2 inches tall and the saleen hood didn't touch it...

ive got the 2.2 and an e-hood, and it just barley fits, i had to get an iac valve that has the connection on the side so i could fit under the hood, on the 2.2 the sc height is not the problem its that the iac mounts on top of the intake pipe like on a cobra, just get an e-hood it looks great.

I want the E hood but Im a little behind in money right now... I have the normal saleen composite hood, Is there any size difference in the 2???

I may be wrong but just from looking at pictures they look the same just the E hood has more cuts in it.

The E hood is a bit taller. Saleen used my car for fitting the production master of the E hood and the height difference was pretty noticeable when seeing the hoods side by side.

I have the e-hood on now and it seems higher at the rear. Someone on ModularFords fit a 2.2 under his s281 hood and had pics of it.
