Put my original post over in tech and the guys told me to drop in here. Just purchased my first Mustang, I have to say couldn't be happier. 1995 Convertible with 48,000 miles!!! Don't know how many mods I'm going to do just bought it for a summer toy. But who knows, I already have the itch to start buying stuff. I attached a link to a picture of it.

Nice! Sweet ride!!!! Welcome to :SNSign: !!!!

To answer the question you were just about to ask...;)

1) Tune-up/fluids. Use synthetics.
2) 3.73 or 4.10 rear end gears.
3) Aftermarket cat-back exhaust. Heightens enjoyment.
4) Wash. Wax. Etcetera.
5) Apply miles, vigorously!

The car is Triple Black, and if I told you guys how much I bought it for there better be a smiley that pukes cause you guys will get sick. I am planning on a Flowmaster Catback and haven't decided on the gear thing yet I've taken a look around and don't want to do a ECU upgrade or lose any reliability so not sure I'm going to do it. Lowering spings will be in the future soon as I get the money for it. Already order the BlueOval smoked front with full Silverstar kit up front.:)

well sounds like you have choosen a good headlight and bulb combo!! :D its what i want to get lol and the cat back is a good one i got it in my livingroom i got a 2.5" american thunder with stainless tips i recomend getting the stainless tips it makes the back look better then just the plain steel.... and it looks like the previous owner really liked the 96-98 stangs by the wheels and taillights

oh and welcome to stangnet by the way :stangnet:

LOL that is great.....the should be sent with the password when you register!

Welcome man!

I did the wheels myself he had the ugly double tri-bar factories on there. I picked the wheels up on Ebay for $250.00 for all 4 of them. What a deal. I'll put some more pics up when its nice, Cleveland's weather sucks right now!!!

Don't fear the gear... Chant this until you beleive it...

I am one of the ones that put gears in and the miles on. I did 19k miles on my 3.73's last year... Looking back I should have gone 3.90's or 4.10's...

Lower it too.. that is worth the $150 for some FMS springs...

Looks great though... wish my car was that clean...
