 I am looking for some LTHs and have some questions:
    1. Who has the best for the buck?
    2. What are the gains...anyone have Dyno Plots?
    3. What else do I need to replace (cats, B-pipes, etc..) to install?
    any help is greatly appreciated.

Not sure, but your best bang for the buck is probably BBK long tubes and their H or X pipe. Not sure which they offer, but BBK makes a decent product for the money. Try to stick with ceramic coated.

I got good gains with JBA's (+30 rwtq). Agree with staying with ceramicoated headers whichever way you go. Really helps keeping the underhood tempsdown, and increases corrosion resistance.

    You'll pay for them though.
