help with washer fluid relay

hi..the mustang is resting for the winter but my 2001 explorer v6 4.0 is not pumping washer fluid...i checked all the fuses and i checked for power at the pump...none there...but i do believe there is a relay for the pump...but im not sure which it is or if it somewhere else...besides the power dist box...i didnt get an owners manual with it im looking for fuse placements and relays...what controls what...any help would be great..thanks
