Hi, I own a 92 Mustang LX with a 2.3 and I have a problem with a leaky transmission. The fluid actually blows out of the trans on the interstate when the car is ran at about 75 to 80. It is leaking underneath the passenger side of the car and when it leaks it drips out and is blown back on the tailpipe causing it to smoke like a steam engine. The leak is so severe that when I got home from a trip all the fluid had leaked out. I added more and the trans seems ok now, I just can't run it that fast. It first time it did this was when I ran it on the interstate for the first time. Can anyone please help me? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Too much fluid? check the fluid level at idle in Neutral.
