I saw a post awhile back talking about 3M hood protection. It was a clear coating of some sort. I have not been able to find it. Anyone out there know what I am talking about and can give me the website?
Excon mention Xpel I believe. I saw a Screaming Yellow 05 vert that had the clear 3m bra and it looked great! I will try to find the thread about it..
heres the thread ExCon started: http://forums.stangnet.com/showthread.php?t=531081 thanks for the correction Vandil. (fan of the Vandels?)
Wizard5, you'll love the stuff!! Unfortunately here in Florida Armourfend is not available yet. Just make sure you get a first rate installer using first rate material that is laser cut. I have seen installations from car dealers that are so bad its not even funny. My install was pricey but its FIRST RATE and is almost invisible. Make certain to get the door edges, door sills, rear quarter panels and door cups done as well as the entire nose. On the Mustang the door sills are quite wide and the paint will get scratched by your shoes very quickly. The rear quarter panels are important since these cars tend to throw alot of debris up against the quarter panels. DO NOT SHOP PRICE!!! You get what you pay for with paint protection.
It's actually the name of my first Schutzhund GSD. Which he earned almost immediately after we got the little trouble maker :damnit:
