I've been looking through all the tech articles but i cant find some simple info. :nonono: How do you put the GT throttle body on the 2.3, specifically what mods do you gotta make to the TB to make it work. and how do you make the throttle linkage adapter? any one who could post a how to article would be a fantastic help for a do it yourself kinda guy that doesnt have $155 to spend on the kit, :bang: although i would if i had the money.

I believe the www.tinyavenger.com kit is just an adapter plate and all you have to do is buy the 94-98 T/B and change the TPSensor, so the systems arent very different.

Now I saw on ebay a T/B for sale from a 90 Tbird SuperCoupe and the seller said that two of the holes needed slight elongation to fit a 2.3 EFI intake. I think the T/B was 60mm (what is the stock 2.3 size?...55mm). He also said to use the 2.3 TPSensor.

You could also go to a local machine shop and have a custom plate made for a few dollars, if you did all the research into hole sizing and bolt location.

Let us know if you try.
    Hope I helped.

    bolts hole sizes

well the bolt holes arent a problem, i can make an adapter plate for that on my own, i was really only wonderin about the throttle cable linkage, and if the TB would need to be modified to hole my TP sensor, thanks for the input.

i think you will use the TPS from the New throttle body, But honesly unless you are turbo or have done major mods to the motor you wont see much of a gain by switch Throttle bodies. The head and intake are more restrictive then the stock TB

You can just use three spade connectors for the TPS wiring...
