For my 67 coupe drag car I had decided to install a built c4 because I already had a rebuildable c4 laying around. Well I come to find out through my work I can get a well built powerglide for the same price as the parts it would cost me to build my own c4. So I will let the professionals build it, but I am trying to figure out the install on it. I know I need an adapter to get it to bolt up to the engine, but what kind of tranny mounts do I use??? And is there any serious cutting or new brackets to be made??? Anyone with any experience with the powerglides in a classic mustang please chime in on the installation process... Thanks!
