Hydroboost Brake Issue

    I just recently purchased a 96 4.6 mustang was told it needs brakes did a full brake job on it calipers brakes hardware grease ect... Bled the brakes pedal was stiff like it should be then I start the car the pedal gets rock hard and my front brakes are locked up but shut my car off they instantly free up if any one has had this problem or knows of it please get back with me not sure if it's mc,psp,hb, or even many abs related no light on

    How is the power steering? Also, sounds like it might be the booster/MC.

    Power steering is there but seems a little hesitant.

    Also I unbolted the master cylinder didn't touch the brake pedal started the car and the rod that puts pressure on the mc shot out pushing my mc a good 5 inch away from were it's bolted too

    Well the problem was hydroboost cylinder on the inside of the unit was broke off and the sealed unit has been leaking
