I went to adjust my timing today and for some reason my dizzy wont move. I pulled the bolt and hold down piece thing all the way off and made sure nothing was getting jammed on the intake are anything. And still it wont move a lick. I hit it a couple of times trying to get it loose and still nothing.

Anyone ever heard of that and what would cause it?

btw, I pulled it out about 2 weeks ago so it hasn't rusted are anything like that plus it was always very easy to move before.

I put a junk yard one in and it is froze in too.It is stuck togather with the intake.Try to pull out the distributor and spray a good silicon spray on the surface that touches the intake.Make sure you pull straight up while tryin to turn it.Don't want to crack the aluminum intake.Make sure you make sure you know where the rotor is pointing and mark the base and the intake at the same point. So you can set the thing back in so the rotor is in the same place and you can rotate the body and line up the mark on the base and intake.
