yes.. very random but, Im really liking my stang. The power novelty has worn off now (the stock 5.0 in a heavy vert isnt the best performer) but that doesnt matter, just being out cruising on a crisp day with the top down is a sweet feeling. After I park it i always find myself looking over my shoulder 4 or 5 times just to steal another glace at it. Sometimes, I regret not going for the ttop lt1 camaro, or pulling out a loan for an ls1.. but those thoughts all disappear when i get into the seat of the stang :nice: I wont lie, the generals 350's would destroy my humble 5.0 but when the smoke clears, an engine is like a nice rack.. its a very attractive part of the whole thing, but there are much more important things that often get overlooked ;) long live the mustang!

I agree. BUT I am having to make adjustments to get some of that stock niceties back. Like no rattles, a little more quietness, getting my strut tower braCe back on so the car handles.

I'm with ya dstang, you're in the perfect spot -- having what you love and loving what you've got.

    Convertibles FTW!

dollar for dollar you could make that stang as fast or faster than a ls1. enjoy the lower payments, lower insurance and vert.

Yeah there is nothing like a vert in the spring or fall. Who would want a car that looked like a catfish,or door stop anyway.:rlaugh:

These cars truly are beautiful. I'd say they are in my top 3 of all mustangs ever produced.

    I'd tell you I loved mine too, but she's been a bit of a **** lately :D
