So i told a friend of my'n I would intall her deck in her civic. I get the basic ideas of it but i need details and specifics so i dont end up wasting a bunch of time. Wat do i need to get to install it? Is there anything special about the civic i should know? I know for sure it is a DIN sized opening.
    Any help would be apreciated.

I would get a wiring harness adapter (5-10 bucks). you can wire up the deck's harness to the adapter harness on the work bench. Then plug the deck harness in and install the deck.

    Good luck.

:Word: We have a 93 civic(beater) I just put one in. cake walk. Def get the harness connector. We got ours from BestBuy. It was 18 bucks though. The rest was just like any other radio install. Pull the panel either under or surronding the radio(can't remember which) there are 2 screws holding the radio in, take them out and the radio is in your hands. Slip in and secure the din, make your hook ups and slide in the deck. Good luck.:nice:
